Additional charges apply for setup on dirt or unpaved surfaces:

Stage setup on dirt: $100
Stage and sound setup on dirt: $250

These fees reflect the additional labor, leveling, stabilization, and equipment protection required.

Mileage is charged for events outside our standard service area.

Rate: $1.50 per mile
Round trip calculation required
Total miles charged equals distance multiplied by 2

Mileage is calculated from our base location to the event site and back.

No Man’s Land Sound and Stage Rentals cannot guarantee optimal sound quality or proper stage functionality without clear specifications regarding venue size, surface conditions, power availability, audience size, layout, and timeline.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time due to safety concerns, inaccurate information, unsuitable site conditions, non payment, or other operational limitations.
